Spicy Tofu on Rice

1 square firm tofu, cut into cubes
2 teaspoons corn oil
1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
1/4 kilo lean ground pork
4 teaspoons chili bean sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
3 1/2 teaspoons Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved
in 2 teaspoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
chopped chives for garnish
1 Sauté garlic in oil. Add pork and cook until it changes color.
2 Add chili bean sauce, chili garlic sauce, and soy sauce. Stir for a while then pour in water and let it come to a boil.
3 Thicken sauce with cornstarch-water mixture. Add cubed tofu and mix lightly, taking care not to squish the tofu. Drizzle sesame oil on top.
4 Serve on top of steamed white rice and garnish with chopped chives.
